“ CLEARER DAYS AHEAD ”
Words and Music by Keith McGavern

I’m looking for another place, a place for me to be
A place that don’t demand to much, that is anyway, out of me.
I’ve been traveling down this road of life so very long
And it seems I got so far to go, as I sing to you this song.

But I see clearer days ahead
Of better times and new found friends
And I see a life beginning now
One that can’t possibly have an end.

Right now, I can’t escape myself, or what I have to do
And if you’ve found what it is you want, my heart goes out to you
I’ve lost what it is I had, and I can’t seem to find
What the good book talks about. the Lord and his peace of mind

But I see clearer days ahead
Of better times and new found friends
And I see a life beginning now
One that can’t possibly have an end.
